I am not receiving e-mails from certain people or organizations. How do I fix this?

This may happen when you are using our SPAM Block System and a strict value for the SPAM Check Level (such as 3 or 4). Also your setting may be to Discard SPAM (delete it or throw it away before it reaches your mailbox). If you temporarily change the setting to MARK SPAM and ask the sender to send the e-mail again you can confirm if the mail is being marked as SPAM when it reaches your mailbox. To solve this, you can either increase your SPAM Check Level setting to something less strict or read the e-mail that is marked as SPAM to find out why it is marking it as SPAM. One reason why it may be marking the e-mail as SPAM is because the sender may have entered too many e-mail addresses in the TO:, CC: or BCC: field from their address book. It is better to use our Majordomo Mailing List System if you need to send mail to a large number of e-mail addresses.
