Step 1: Please Visit Download.com and Download SmartFTP by opening your web browser and typing http://www.download.com and typing "Smart FTP" in the search field *On the top of the page*

Once the page comes up, please click "SmartFTP 1.0.963", that will take you to the download page.

At the download page, simply click "Download Now" and within a few seconds a dialogue box should come up. When you see this box, please choose "Save this program to disk" *If you are using Internet Explorer* and click the "OK" button.

Please make sure to save the program in an area on your drive where you are sure that you will be able to quickly find it.

Please click NEXT to proceed.
